Theatre22 Associate Producer and Resident Scenic Artist

Jennifer is excited to announce she has accepted the positions of Associate Producer and Resident Scenic Artist with the award winning theatre company, Theatre22

From Corey McDaniel, Producing Artistic Director:

It is my pleasure and honor to officially announce Jennifer Ewing as Theatre22’s Associate Producer and Resident Scenic Artist. Jennifer and I have worked closely together on several projects not only with Theatre22 but also with other companies in the region.  For Theatre22, Jennifer has been seen on our stages in our world premiere musical, The Hours of Life staged in 2014.  Additionally, Jennifer’s artistry as a skilled and expressive painter has been seen as part of  the Lisbon Traviata set (the four Maria Calais faces) in 2014 and Annapurna’s set (the magnificent Colorado mountain sky line) in 2016.  Outside of Theatre22, Jennifer and I have collaborated in the actor ~ director partnership in Mount Baker Theater’s The Nerd and Island Shakespeare Festival’s Julius Caesar both in 2016.  With open arms and deep gratitude, I welcome Jennifer along with her talents and skills to her resident positions with Theatre22.

Theatre22 is a forum where audiences and artists alike experience awareness, understanding, and healing of the human condition through the performing arts.

American Academy of Dramatic Arts Workshop & Info Night

I'm excited to report I'll be speaking on the alumni panel for the American Academy Of Dramatic Arts (AADA) Workshop and Info Night this Saturday in Seattle, WA! If you are interested in theatre and becoming an actor I encourage you to attend the workshop (run by Mark Knowles, AADA LA Faculty and a former teacher of mine) and join us to learn more about the school and its programs.

AADA was an integral part of my education in the performing arts and in the development of my acting technique and work ethic. It's definitely worth exploring.

The evening is open to prospective students as well as parents and educators. I hope to see you there!

You can learn more about AADA on their website: https://www.aada.edu/
